cream cheese
1 ½ pounds ricotta cheese
6 tbsps all-purpose flour
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
So, how do we bake Best Cheesecake? <P>First, preheat your oven
to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. That is 165 degrees Celsius. Then,
wrap the outer base of a 10-inch pan with foil. This is to
prevent water from leaking when you are already baking.
Second, mix cream cheese, ricotta cheese and sugar. Do the
mixing until it is smooth. Then, put the eggs one at a time. Add
in flour 1 tbsp after another. Mix well. Next, stir in vanilla
and sour cream. Pour the mixture in the pan.
Third, lay the cheesecake in a big rectangular pan that is
filled with hot water. The water must not be over 2 inches. Now,
you can put the pan into the oven. Be careful not to spill the
water. Bake it for 90 minutes.
Finally, turn oven off. However, leave the cake for another 60
minutes but do not open the oven’s door. Also, cool on counter
for another 60 minutes then refrigerate. You can serve it when
it is thoroughly ice-cold. This recipe makes 12 servings.
